BEACH SAFETY
Our Water Safety Theme for November is Beach Safety;
Key Messages we will be sharing with our swimmers:
* Slip, slop, slap & wrap
* Swim between the flags
* If you get into trouble - Relax, float on your back and raise your hand, and ride the wave

Key Learnings we hope our swimmers take away from their lessons this month:
* What the flags at the beach look like and why we should swim between them
* How to float on their back & raise their hand

MAKE UP TOKENS
We want to thank our families for their feedback on make up tokens. The following changes have been implemented from 1st October:

If you are going to miss a lesson due to sickness or maybe even a party you will be entitled to a make up token if you are booked into a Standard Swimsation Group Lesson and you log your absence on the customer portal at least 3 hours before your lesson start time.

Please note from 1st October Swimsation Private Lessons do not earn make up tokens. However, if you let us know via email that you are going to miss your lesson you will be entitled to a credit if you let us know before 12pm for weekday privates and 8am for weekend privates.
