Tiny Turtle is the introductory class for pre-schoolers. This class is suitable for pre-schoolers aged 3-5 who have had little or no experience in the water. This level covers water confidence and submerging as well as water safety elements.
Your child will be in a Tiny Turtle class if they are nervous in the water and/or reluctant to submerge under the water.
Our final preschool level covers arm strokes. Swimmers in this class will learn freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke arm strokes.
Your child will be in a Gold Fish class if they can float and kick without assistance on their front and back.
The second level of the Swimsation Pre-school program covers floating on front and back as well as water safety elements. Swimmers in this class will be working towards unassisted floating on their front and back.
Your child will be in a Star Fish class if they are confident in the water and can submerge and blow bubbles for 5 seconds.
Our Flying Fish level will see your pre-schooler start working on their kicking on front and back, with swimmers working towards kicking without assistance.
Your child will be in a Flying Fish class if they can submerge confidently and can float without assistance on their front and back.
